Your can use the website below or their app called MyCareOverseas to see your past, active, and pending referral status.
If you would like to message your PCM/provider, you need to use TRICARE Onlineor MHS Genesis.
Initial
Tricare Prime Authorization
1. PCM
Meet with your PCM.
Request a referral for Physical Therapy from Okinawa Physio.
PCM sends referral to Referral Management.
Authorizations are accepted at our Chatan and/or Yomitan clinics.2. Referral Management
Referral Management processes the referral in 2-3 days.
The referral is then sent to TRICARE.
3. TRICARE
TRICARE reviews the case and creates an authorization in 3-5 days.
4. Okinawa Physio
Our reception should receive the authorization within one week.
Once received, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange the initial assessment.5. Road to Recovery
