If you have TRICARE Prime in Okinawa, referrals go through TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP).
Your can use the website below or their app called MyCareOverseas to see your past, active, and pending referral status.
If you would like to message your PCM/provider, you need to use TRICARE Onlineor MHS Genesis.
Initial
Tricare Prime Authorisation
1. PCM
Meet with your PCM.
Request a referral for Physical Therapy at Okinawa Physical Therapy.
PCM sends to referral to Referral Management.
2. Referral Management
Referral Management processes the referral in 2-3 days.
Sends the referral to Tricare.
3. TRICARE
TRICARE reviews the case and creates an authorisation in 3-5 days.
4. Okinawa Physical Therapy
Our reception should receive the authorisation within 1 week, from which we will contact you ASAP to arrange the initial assessment.
5. Road to Recovery
Start sessions and begin your road to recovery!
