Ali is an Australian registered physiotherapist who graduated from Australian Catholic University in Sydney, in 2016. She has worked in a variety of physiotherapy settings, including several years in musculoskeletal and inpatient rehabilitation setting in Sydney before relocating to London to work in NHS musculoskeletal outpatient clinics. Ali has five years experience in teaching mat and reformer Pilates, and has a passion for integrating this into her treatment. She loves staying active through running, swimming, pilates and yoga, and has a passion for using her knowledge and experience to help people return to what they love doing!

What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
I love helping others, working alongside clients to ensure they can achieve their goals and get back to doing what they love! I am passionate about empowering clients on the importance of rehabilitation, exercise and education around their injuries. As a Pilates Instructor, I love using this as an additional tool to enhance rehab and see ongoing benefits in clients.

What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
Spending time at the beach (or in knee-deep snow during the Japan winter!), running, swimming, or enjoying a cute cafe!

Who is someone you admire and why?
My mum (like many of us!). Realising as an adult how selfless she has been raising three kids, whilst being so patient, kind and supportive of everything.
What is your most outstanding achievement?
Completing Mt Fuji Marathon in 2024!
